When will my order arrive?
Orders typically take a week to process, except for large shop updates where orders may then take over 2 weeks to go out. Orders (once shipped) to Canada take on average 1-2 weeks, to USA about 1-3 weeks, and international packages greatly vary depending on the country. Tracking will be included for all non-letter mail.
Can I track my order?
All orders except lettermail come with tracking! This is because lettermail has much lower delivery rates, but are not typically trackable. You may opt to not select the lettermail option if you prefer to have a tracking code!
Can I return, refund or cancel my order?
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order at contactchaerii@gmail.com! I have the right to cancel and refund any order deemed necessary. Orders returned to me with the wrong shipping address, unpaid custom fees, unclaimed or any reason will not be shipped out until the re-shipment fee is paid. Please remember that this is a one-person owned business, thank you!
Will there be customs/extra fees on my order?
For international customers, please be aware of possible customs/duty fees that may occur. I will not be responsible for any delays or extra costs incurred. For UK/EU customers, you may be charged VAT upon your package reaching customs. I will not be collecting VAT taxes myself and will not be responsible for them. Any taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If you don't want to pay the tax, your order will be returned back to me, and no refund will be issued.
Will ____ be restocked?
Typically, there will be a note on a product if it is in its last rounds, and will be archived from the site once sold out. Feel free to contact me to ask about specific items if you are unsure!
